About me
I am a professional Hip Hop dance fitness trainer, Personal Fitness trainer, Body weight and strength trainer as well as a self-defense professional.
I have certified in Hip Hop from Poinner US; I learnt hip hop dance from C MACK, C Mack is a world renown professional international entertainer, Dancer, Choreographer, Producer (film and music) and MC he also choreographed for Michael Jackson.
I have also certified in a number of other dance styles such as belly dancing and break dancing. I have been to India’s got Talent as a rap and beat box artist. I have also choreographed in street and mall flash mobs, done events and choreographed for colleges. I had also been a dance teacher in dance studios as well as written and produced my own music videos
However after I reverted to Islam I moved away from all of this and decided to use my talents for a better goodness and only taught these as part of a fitness regime to women. I was curious about knowing the truth I was not satisfied with the path I was following so I began to research different spiritual paths whilst reading different Holy Scriptures including The Qur’an, it was only until trying out all of them that it was Islam that really made sense to be and I accepted Islam a year ago.
As for myself I moved on to focusing on martial arts and fitness as I am a gold medalist in Taekwondo.

I am a certified fitness trainer from Golds Gym in India my expertise being cross fit, body weight training and weight and strength training.
I also give self-defense sessions specialising in karate, taekwondo, boxing and mix martial arts.
When I give fitness sessions I keep in mind your health and follow Sunnah and Tayyab way of health, fitness and diet alongside modern science.
I guarantee visible results to clients who join my weight loss packages as long as encouraging them to make it a lifestyle change. We will focus on diet alongside exercise including cardio.
Whilst giving weight loss or weight gain training I will help you build your strength and your mental health as I am currently studying psychology from Islamic Open University against the guidance of Bilal Philips.
